Israeli MasterChef Finale
I had no expectations whatever from the Israeli MasterChef, actually I stopped watching this farce after third season, tired of watching bad food generously watered with tears and listening phony compliments of judges. Yet by some chance I caught a glimpse of MasterChef Finale yesterday. In pasta test of MasterChef Finale one would expect participants to make pasta from … [Read more...] about Israeli MasterChef Finale

Pasta was not up to any standards of the Italian food quickly replaced a decent pizza. Overall, a nice experience. … [Read more...] about Italian Restaurant Mercato, Acre
Italian Restaurant Rafaello, Haifa
Finally a decent Italian restaurant in Haifa. Though I'm a bit hesitant if this dish belongs to the Italian cuisine, the chicken liver pate is marvelous, both in taste and appearance. My test for Italian restaurants is a simple pasta with tomato/basil sauce, it was no wow but OK. Pasta bolognese was good though it took a lot of time to get grated parmesan. Beef soup was hearty … [Read more...] about Italian Restaurant Rafaello, Haifa
